Weekly Menu Plan #244

Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.

Oh my gosh, this week has flown by. It’s a miracle I’m even getting this post up because you know, life😂.

There is a lot of goodness going on with this week’s menu. The Thai chicken tacos with peanut sauce might be one of my favorite tacos ever! If you haven’t made them you’ve been missing out.

If it’s cold wherever you are, the cheeseburger soup is a perfect way to warm you up. If you’re craving cookies, my monster cookies are always a good one to make, especially if you need GF cookies. They seriously are the best!
