Is anyone else as excited as I am that we are more than half way through January?! I am ready for spring!
I can’t wait for so many things on this week’s menu plan. The slow cooker pork roast is amazing and I haven’t made it in forever! The glaze is what takes it over the top! The Mississippi mud cake has a funny story behind it. It’s been a family favorite for 20+ years and been requested by my boys many times over the years as their birthday cake.
