Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Oh my gosh, this week it has been ridiculously cold here in Utah. The other morning I got up to go to the gym and it was 3 degrees🥶😩 so I stayed home. I just couldn’t make myself go. Yes, I am a complete whimp! Spring can’t come soon enough!
I really wanted to put soup on the menu every night for this week’s menu, but I didn’t. You’re welcome. Maybe I’ll just make a double or triple batch of the corn chowder and have it multiple nights and my boys can fend for themselves or eat cold cereal.
If you bananas sitting on your counter that are shamelessly turning brown, the sour cream banana bars are amazing and the perfect thing to make. They have browned butter frosting on top which takes them to a whole new level of goodness. Also the chocolate chip pie isn’t too shabby either. . . don’t forget the vanilla ice cream on top.
