Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Hello my friends, happy Friday! I hope you’ve had a great week. The weeks continue to fly by and I never seem to get everything done on my to-do list. What you about you?
I’m excited for our Super Bowl party because of course it’s all about the food right? We’re doing a nacho bar and lots of other munchies including our two-must haves gooey chex mix and caramel corn. If you need other food/snack ideas for your Super Bowl party check out this post or this one.
I can’t wait for so many things on this week’s menu plan. I haven’t made the Dan Dan noodles in forever, so I’m super excited for those. The two desserts this week will both have you drooling and swooning. Either of them would be delicious for Valentine’s day. The chocolate molten lava cakes are a fan favorite around here and not just Valentine’s Day, but for any night of the week. If you’re a peanut butter fanatic like we are, then you’re going to love the peanut butter pie with ganache.
Have a great weekend and remember, I’d love to hear back from you about anything you make. If you’re on Instagram, please be sure and tag me (@jodi_lud_5boysbaker) if you make something.
