Wow, May is flying by and it’s already Friday again. Lots of yumminess on this week’s menu plan. I love my instant pot butter chicken, but I also love the butter chicken for this week’s meal plan. Just be sure and make the flatbread to go along with the butter chicken. . . you won’t regret it for one second.

I’ve said it before, we love breakfast for dinner, so I can’t wait for my breakfast enchiladas are. The chocolate chip cookie bars are fantastic and if you’re never made them, you’re missing out! Also, the chocolate ice cream is amazing a scoop of it on top of one of the chocolate chip cookie bars would be insanely good . . . I’m just sayin’.
