Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Happy Friday my friends. Before we talk food I have to say that this being a grandma thing might just be even better than peanut butter and chocolate (lol)! Seriously though, grandmahood is amazing and I am so in love with my two grandsons. They are the cutest babies ever and I can’t get enough of them!
The lineup for this week’s menu is fantastic! I know I always say that, but I truly mean it every. single. time. The slow cooker flank steak is amazing and so, so simple to make. Navajo tacos have been a family favorite for years. You can always make your own favorite chili or taco meat recipe, but I have always kept these tacos simple and used Nalley’s Chili on top. It’s seriously our favorite way to eat these, even more so than anything homemade on top.
The white chocolate coconut lime bars are refreshing and delicious. They’re the perfect spring/summer dessert.
