Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I can’t believe it’s June! School is out and the excitement of summer fun has begun! I love seeing kids outside riding bikes and scooters and enjoying summer break! I really miss those days of young kiddos in my house!
The lineup for this week’s menu is a good one! Breakfast for dinner is always a favorite at our house, and my mom’s whole wheat pancakes. The simple beef taquitos are so good and even your picky kids will love them. Make a double or triple batch and keep them in your freezer for a quick lunch or snack for your kids to enjoy while they are out of school for the summer. If you love cinnamon rolls, but hate how long they can take to make, then you’re going to love the no yeast cinnamon rolls! SO DELICIOUS!
