Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
We are headed to the beach today and I am so excited! I could really use a week of relaxation. That being said, I won’t be posting any new recipes next week, but may bring a few oldies back into the spotlight.
This week’s menu is full of tasty, delicious family favorites and I hope you give some of them a try. The instant pot butter chicken is phenomenal and incredibly simple to make. The Thai chicken tacos might be some of my favorite tacos ever. The no bake black raspberry cheesecake is the perfect dessert for these hot summer days and the peanut butter fudge ice cream pie is another family favorite!
Keep enjoying every second of your summer because it’s flying by all too fast!
