Hello Friday! Hope you’ve all had a great week! I hope you can find some things on the this week’s menu that you will love . . . as usual I love everything on it!
You know we love breakfast for dinner and the creme brûlée french toast casserole it phenomenal! If you’ve never made it you need to ASAP! The fire roasted tomato, sausage and basil pasta is simple, fast and so delicious! If you’ve got basil in your garden, it’s a great way to use some of it up. If your kids love top ramen like mine do, the simple Asian beef ramen noodles is going to be a huge hit! It really is so good!
Also, my husband’s birthday was yesterday and I made the most delicious Coconut Raspberry Cake! I seriously could have eaten the entire cake! I definitely think I need to make it again and share it because it was so fabulous!!
