It’s my son Josh’s 30th birthday today . . . but how? He’s my baby, my first-born so how in the heck can he be 30?
I clearly remember turning 30! It was not an easy birthday for me because I loved my 20s and wasn’t ready to enter life in my 30s. My birthday cake that year said “Happy Thursday” because my husband new I didn’t want to celebrate my 30th birthday. Every birthday for the next 10 years, the joke was I turned 29 again! We still laugh about it and OH what I wouldn’t give to only be 30 again because 30 looks and feels much better than 53 (lol)!
Anyway, I hope you love this week’s meal plan. The slow cooker Mongolian chicken is a favorite and the perfect thing to make if you don’t want to turn your oven on. The creamy tacos have been a family favorite around here for a LONG time! If you love lemon as much as I do then the lemon brownies are going to steal your heart.
