Hello October! Can you even believe it’s already October? Where has this year gone?
It’s cooling off here which makes me want to cry. I’ve been making soup and chili a lot the past week which I do love, but that’s about the only thing I love about cooler weather.
I’ve got a great menu plan for the week. The slow cooker beef and noodles is true comfort food and I can’t wait to make it. Do me a favor and get brave and make the homemade noodles for it, I promise they’re super easy to make! The turkey ranch chili is so delicious, it’s a favorite around here. . . don’t forget the Fritos! The apple crisp pudding is my grandma Clark’s recipe and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend that you serve it with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. YUM!
