Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Yesterday was cold, raining and pretty dismal outside and it just reminded me of how not ready and not excited I am for cold weather. I really need to move somewhere warm year round.
Because I’m cold I just want soup, so this week’s menu has two fantastic soups on it. I love the slow cooker chicken chili. It’s hearty and comforting and I could really use a bowl of it about right now. I’ve got so many garden tomatoes left I need to use up so the cream of fresh tomato soup is the perfect thing to make, and it’s phenomenal!
If you’re not sick of pumpkin recipes yet, you absolutely need to make the pumpkin earthquake cake. . . it’s out of this world and is definitely one of my most favorite pumpkin desserts ever.
