Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I can’t even believe Halloween is just a few days away. I finally pulled out my ceramic “BOO” letters and put them on my kitchen table so I can at least say I “decorated” for Halloween. I really will get more into the spirit of Halloween when my grandkids get a little older, but for now my BOO letters will do.
Up on this week’s menu plan are slow cooker shredded buffalo chicken sandwiches that I haven’t made in forever! I kind of forgot the recipe even existed on my site. The picture is horrible, but I promise the sandwiches are delicious! The slow cooker beefy nacho soup is so, so good one and perfect for these cooler days. If you love cinnamon rolls, but don’t love making them, my cinnamon roll cake is the perfect thing to make. I have made this several times at request of my boy’s friends and it’s always devoured.
We’ll be eating sloppy joes on Halloween which is a tradition my mother-in-law started when my kids were little. I know chili is another tradition for a lot of people, so if you need a good chili recipe you’ll love my instant pot chili!
If you’re not tired of pumpkin yet, then you absolutely, positively have to make the pumpkin chocolate chip streusel cake! I could actually eat the entire pan by myself and that is not an exaggeration!
Have a great weekend and remember, I’d love to hear back from you about anything you make. If you’re on Instagram, please be sure and tag me (@jodi_lud_5boysbaker) if you make something.
XOXO
