It feels like it’s been a minute since I’ve posted a weekly menu plan. It’s good to have things getting back to normal around here after mad and frantic scurrying trying to get 12 Days of Sugar done. Note to self: never leave it to the last minute ever again!

I love, love, love everything on this week’s menu and I hope you will too. The Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas are fantastic and will be a welcome meal after all the sugar around here. The slow cooker creamy chicken gnocchi soup is amazing and will make you feel all cozy and warm.
If you need a fabulous dessert for your holiday dinner parties, you absolutely need to make my white chocolate peppermint eclair dessert! It is always a crowd favorite! My mom made it last week for a get together with some of their lifelong friends and she said they all went crazy over it!
I hope you all are enjoying this holiday season. Life is busy this time of year and I want to enjoy time with my family, so I will probably be pretty hit and miss on posts until the new year.
