MY WEEKLY MENU PLANS ARE A COLLECTION OF DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES, SIDE DISHES AND A FEW DESSERTS THAT WILL HOPEFULLY OFFER A LITTLE DINNER INSPIRATION AND HELP MAKE YOUR WEEK A LITTLE SMOOTHER ONE RECIPE AT A TIME.
It’s Friday and I couldn’t be happier. Really no reason, I just love Fridays and knowing that I have the weekend to relax (usually) and just hang with Rich and my boys.
My goal this week was to try and get a little more organized. I wanted to get posts written for recipes I’ve made and photographed, organize and prioritize my list of new recipes I want to try, and get a couple new videos made.
Sadly most of that didn’t happen which makes me mad and frustrated.
I woke up every morning this week with intentions of being productive and then life happens.
Like you remember it’s your missionary son’s birthday in three days and you still haven’t mailed him a birthday package. Or your 15-year old tells you he needs another book from the college-bound book list the day before he needs it (thanks for the notice Parker!) and you forget to go to the library. Then the morning he needs the book you realize you didn’t get it, so you have to rearrange your morning to make it to the library and then run it to him at school . . .ugh!
Maybe next week will be better. Have a great weekend. Lots of yummy stuff for next week’s menu plan.
