MY WEEKLY MENU PLANS ARE A COLLECTION OF DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES, SIDE DISHES AND A FEW DESSERTS THAT WILL HOPEFULLY OFFER A LITTLE DINNER INSPIRATION AND HELP MAKE YOUR WEEK A LITTLE SMOOTHER ONE RECIPE AT A TIME.
It’s Friday already and time for another Weekly Menu Plan. This week has literally zoomed by at warp speed. I feel like I’ve been running around like a lunatic, but haven’t gotten anything accomplished.
My son’s missionary homecoming is this Sunday and I’m doing an open house on Saturday night. My “to-do” is a mile long and just seems to be getting bigger and bigger. Fingers crossed that I can get everything done and still be sane.
We leave for Florida Monday night for final family vacation before my son Braydon leaves on his mission. I have all my boys home for a short minute and so my heart is bursting right now. I’m soaking up every second of it.
I thought about having posts ready to share while I’m gone, but decided I need to take a little break from blogging, even if it is only for a week. I’ve been in kind of a blogging rut lately and I’m hoping a relaxing week with my husband and all my boys will help me get my blogging mojo back.
My goal is to come back rejuvenated, full of gusto and lots of inspiration for new recipes and things to share. Oh and if you have an amazing recipe that you know I would LOVE . . . . please share! I’m always looking for new recipes to try and hopefully fall in love with.
Even though I won’t have new recipes next week, I still have oodles and oodles of yummy stuff in my archives, so don’t forget about me and this little ol’ blog.
(With corn on the cob and some fresh fruit! — I love meatless meal some nights!)
