Ice Cream Week - Day 5: Sour Cream Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz) frozen sweetened raspberries
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 cups whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In large bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy. Whisk in sugar and stir until well combined.
  2. Add raspberrries, sour cream, vanilla, evaporated milk and cream.  Mix well.
  3. Pour into canister of your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
