Oven Steak Fries



  • 5 medium russet potatoes , washed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. blackened seasoning (I use Zatarain's)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.  Cut each potato into 8 wedges.  Place in large bowl.  Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with seasonings.  Toss with your hands until potatoes are all coated.  Spread onto foil-lined cookie sheet.  Bake for 40-45 minutes.
