Butterfinger Monster Cookies


  • ½ cup (1 sticbutter , softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ cup (heapincreamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped Butterfinger
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M candies


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat liner.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add peanut butter, vanilla and egg, and mix until well blended.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix until just combined. Add oats and mix until just combined. Add chopped Butterfinger and chocolate chips and mix on low until just combined. Add M&M's and gently stir in by hand.
  4. Using a cookie, scoop dough onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. (Cookies will may still look underbaked, don't over bake them.)
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
