I realized the other day that I never wished everyone a Happy New Year, so Happy New Year to all of you. I am forever grateful to all of you who are here. Thankful for the kind comments, sweet messages and continued support of this little blog of mine. I wish I was neighbors with all of you so I could share everything I make (lol!).
Since it’s the first menu plan of a new year, I decided to try and keep most meals slightly on the “healthy-ish” side for those of you who set goals of eating healthier. I figured I’d attempt to help you keep that goal at least for a day or two. 😉

If you’re not dieting or watching your sweets, I highly recommend making the White Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter Cookies. . .they’re phenomenal!
